1. Our commitment
TWH Holdings Limited aims to make the public website and People Villa app usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, captions or alternative input methods.
2. Website design
This website uses semantic headings, descriptive links, alternative text, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus, scalable text, strong colour contrast, responsive layouts and a skip link. The desktop package is designed to work without third-party fonts or scripts.
3. Standard and current position
The design aims towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is an aim, not a claim that every page, PDF, third-party destination or mobile-store feature has been independently certified.
4. PDF and images
The compact villa guide uses a visual fixed-page layout. A user who cannot access it should contact us for the information in an alternative reasonable format. Third-party app-store pages and external local links are outside our control.
5. Mobile app
Mobile accessibility depends on the app build, operating system and platform controls. Store listings should be updated as accessibility features are tested and released. Users should install current app and operating-system versions.
6. Reporting a barrier
Email twhillier@mac.com with the page, device, browser/app version, assistive technology and the difficulty experienced. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five working days and explain the next step.
7. Further help
If you are not satisfied with the response, use the Complaints Policy. Statutory enforcement routes and consumer rights remain available where applicable.
