UK GDPR & How We Use Data

A plain-language explanation of the People Villa data journey, purposes, lawful bases and individual choices.

TWH Holdings LimitedLast reviewed 1 August 2026Version 1.0

1. The data journey in plain English

  1. You browse: the public desktop site uses essential storage only to remember the notice, unless the live deployment is changed.
  2. You open the app: the app stores provide the software and their platform terms apply. Current store declarations say no data is collected through the app.
  3. You consider a stay: live dates, prices and terms are shown through the app journey.
  4. You reserve: information you actively provide may be used to administer the reservation, payment, guest party and any vehicle request.
  5. You stay: the company and property contractors use the minimum information required for arrival, cleaning, maintenance, support, safety and security.
  6. After the stay: records are retained only for stated business, tax, legal, insurance and dispute purposes, then securely deleted or anonymised.

5. Accuracy and updates

Please keep reservation and contact information accurate and tell us promptly if something changes. We take reasonable steps to correct information when notified. App-store declarations, privacy information and the actual technical implementation should be reviewed together after material releases.

6. Suppliers and accountability
