1. Purpose of the app
The People Villa app is the approved route for viewing live availability, current prices, stay options and reservation information. The public website deliberately does not duplicate a booking calendar or take payments.
2. Official downloads
Download the app only from the official Apple App Store or Google Play listings linked from this site. Mobile-store terms, device requirements, geographic availability, platform security and update mechanisms are controlled by Apple or Google.
3. Permitted use
You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes connected with considering, making or managing a People Villa reservation. You must provide accurate information, keep any device and reservation communication secure, and not attempt to interfere with the service or another person’s booking.
4. Prohibited use
You must not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, probe, bypass security, introduce malware, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent payment or identity information, misuse promotions, harvest data, or use the app in breach of law or the rights of others.
5. Availability and updates
The app may be changed, suspended or withdrawn for maintenance, security, platform, legal or business reasons. Features and compatibility can change. Install updates promptly and do not rely on cached or screenshot information where the live app shows something different.
6. Reservations and payments
A reservation is not confirmed merely because dates appear in the app. Confirmation occurs only in accordance with the live app journey and written confirmation, including successful payment where required. Prices, taxes, deposits, cancellation and refund conditions shown before reservation apply to that transaction.
7. App privacy
The current store declarations say that the app does not collect data through the app. Information actively supplied for booking administration may be handled separately under the TWH Holdings Privacy Policy. Platform providers may process store, device and download information under their own policies.
8. Information and liability
We take reasonable care over app content but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Suspension or termination
Access may be limited where reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with law, investigate a breach or support the integrity of the booking service. Where appropriate, the user will be told what has happened and how to raise a concern.
